She has successfully led cross-functional teams through the‎‎ entire‎‎ design‎‎ lifecycle, from‎‎ ideation‎‎ to‎‎ implementation,‎‎ consistently‎‎ meeting‎‎ and‎‎ exceeding‎‎ project‎‎ objectives. Her skill set includes user experience design, user interface design, design communication, user research, prototyping, stakeholder management and more. Joyce is an adaptable and multifaceted team player who thrives in teams of different sizes or as a lone designer.

Outside of work, she is passionate about mentorship. Whether providing feedback on design concepts, offering career advice, or simply lending a listening ear, she is dedicated to supporting early-career designers, helping them improve their skills and navigate their professional journeys effectively.
